JESSICA MACISAAC

Manager and Tour Guide

Jessica is a native Nova Scotian. Born in Antigonish and raised in Wolfville, she now calls Halifax home and is majoring in music composition at Dalhousie University. Jessica loves Halifax and hopes to inspire the same love for the city in others through the tours. She aspires to one day write a musical about Halifax with all she's learned from giving tours.

CLAIRE AHERN

Tour Guide

Claire is a local whose Halifax roots run deep. When not giving tours, Claire pursues a Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance from Dalhousie University. She loves Halifax and is eager to share her heritage, knowledge and enthusiasm with others. Has she swam in Halifax Harbour? Not yet.

ERIN MITCHELL

Tour Guide

Erin is a native Haligonian, born and raised. Briefly exiled for not eating lobster and having lukewarm feelings towards bagpipe music, she fled to Montreal to earn a history degree at McGill University. Now that she has returned from “that French place”, Erin enjoys few things as much as she enjoys showing people around her wacky and wonderful hometown.

EDIE REANEY

Tour Guide

Edie hails originally from Vancouver, B.C., but moved to Halifax three years ago to pursue a degree in English and Contemporary Studies at the University of King's College. She has loved exploring and learning the stories of this maritime city, and will certainly tell you all of them. If you are reading any good books this summer, let her know! 

ANNIE LI

Tour Guide

Annie was raised in New Glasgow, and has been a Halifax resident for the past 4 years pursuing a degree in Medical Science at Dalhousie. She can be frequently spotted running around Halifax (definitely ask about best running/walking routes), or exploring new hiking trails. Her love for the city of Halifax has inspired her to share the fascinating stories, history, and current events with visitors!

CALEB SHER

Tour Guide

Caleb has been a Haligonian for three years now, though he is originally from the nation's capital; Ottawa, Ontario. He studies Contemporary Studies and Classics at the University of King's College. Caleb thinks Halifax is a cool and fun and neat place, and he loves sharing it with visitors. Caleb also loves eating food, and will happily recommend the best commercial establishments at which to eat food in Halifax!

CAMERON MITCHELL

Tour Founder

Originally from Montreal, Cameron moved to

Halifax to earn his a degree in History and Linguistics from the University of King's College. He now speaks four languages: Mandarin, Arabic, English and French. Since completing his studies he has travelled around the world to improve his language skills. When he is in Halifax he loves sharing the city with visitors. This summer, his adventures are keeping him abroad.
